This site is where brides all around the world unite. You can find ideas, inspiration, advice, reviews, and a bunch of girls who are going through all the same things you are! It's nice to know you're not the only one dealing with the headache of planning a wedding long-distance.
If you're early in the planning process their General Wedding Planning Forum is a good place to start. Here you can find threads dedicated to brides selling their post-wedding items (great for those brides working within a strict budget), at-home receptions, out-of-town (OOT) bags, invitations, etiquette, traditions, and so much more!
If you have already determined the resort or location of your destination wedding check out the threads dedicated to your area and/or resort. The Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa thread was an absolute life-saver for me! It was such a relief to read reviews from past brides who raved about the resort and how beautiful their ceremony was. It really can help put your mind at ease.
The site was great for all those minor details destination brides struggle with. What is the best way to travel with my dress? How do you transport all of your wedding related items? How is the food down (or up) there? You name it - you can find the answer you're looking for on this site. It is like a little bride army!
